$1,999 (10pax) | $2,750 with beverage package

Step up your Twilight experience by booking your very own mini marquee that will provide some of the best seats in the house from our Barrett and Champagne Lawns.

Your site includes 10 guest passes, your own mini shade marquee complete with a table & ten chairs, plus access to a cash bar & betting facilities, leaving you with no option but to relax & enjoy your evening at the races.

WEATHER UPDATE: While this precinct has been designed as primarily an outdoor space, guests will have access to cover within their mini shade marquee in the event of poor weather.  Food will be served to the marquees and those guests on a beverage package will have their marquees stocked & replenished with beverages by our staff. Those guests not on a beverage package, or who do not have the TAB app downloaded, will need to leave their marquee and take a very short uncovered walk to the precinct’s exclusive bar and tote.

 

Package includes:

  • Your own reserved 3m x 3m mini shade marquee set up for you, complete with table & 10 chairs
  • 2 bottles of bubbles for you and your guests to enjoy upon arrival
  • An optional beverage package that is available until the start of the last race (note: this option is priced at $2750 per marquee).
  • Alternatively, you’ll have easy access to a cash bar located within the mini marquee precinct
  • Five delicious food drops delivered to your marquee for you and your guests including;
    • Bread & dips
    • Canapés
    • Walk & fork
    • Desserts
    • Cheeseboard
  • Entry into the mini marquee precinct and racebooks for you and nine guests.

Please note:

  • Mini Marquee packages are designed to host 10 guests. If you wish to bring less than 10 guests, the full price still applies
  • Access to the Mini Marquee area will be restricted to Mini Marquee guests only who will be given a wristband on arrival. A maximum of 10 wristbands will be allocated per marquee. Additional wristbands will be provided for children under 3 years (who go free)
  • Please reference in the booking note the number of children under 3 years who are attending
  • Your Mini Marquee ticket also allows you access into the general admission areas.

  • Other Information
    • On-site parking is free
    • All bars close shortly after the last race
    • Auckland Thoroughbred Racing encourages responsible drinking and intoxicated persons will not be granted entry to Pukekohe Park
    • A dress code applies in hospitality areas. Please click here for more information
    • Tickets are non-refundable and prices include GST. A separate booking fee of $1.50 per ticket will also apply upon purchase
    • Promotional photographs, social media content & film footage will be taken at this event. By entering the racecourse, event-goers consent to use of their image by the Club & New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing for promotional purposes
