The Grand Tour Racing Festival and Flava are bringing the trackside tunes from Auckland’s legendary DJ 09 for you to kick back and relax to in style between races.
Two black-type races will head up day’s 8-race card and there will be some swing ball sets and a bouncy castle there to help keep the little ones entertained too (subject to weather).
General admission is FREE.
Please note that raceday carparking is accessible via 16 Derby Downs Place. Mobility / accessible parking, ticket collection, drop-offs and foot traffic via 100 Ascot Avenue. Learn more here.
The legends behind The Grand Tour, in conjunction with Flava, are bringing the vibes to Summer Raceday with all-day music from DJ 09 on the Newmarket Lawn. Flava's K’lee, Azura and Charlie will all be there too hosting games where you can win some epic prizes.

Free overnight raceday carparking is accessible via 16 Derby Downs Place. Please note that to access the grandstand side of the racecourse, you will need to use the pedestrian tunnel that goes beneath the racetrack and has stairs at each end.
Mobility / accessible parking, drop-offs and foot traffic should enter via 100 Ascot Avenue. All cars entering off this road will be need to exit the grounds via Mitchelson Street.
