After a few years on pause due to COVID-19 and a major track upgrade, this beloved event is making its much-anticipated return. It’s time to get it back on your calendar and make sure it’s on the list of places to be this summer.
The Paddock – the go-to spot for under-30s – returns to Boxing Day with all-day beats thanks to The Grand Tour, set in an exciting new location on the Barrett Lawn. The Grand Tour x Zeffer Bar will keep you sufficiently hydrated, and beats from Beccie B, Bon Tempo and more ensure there’ll never be a dull moment between races
Meanwhile, fashionistas can get their fill with the ever-popular Maman Fashions in the Field. Even if you’re not entering for the sash or the prize pool, it’s a prime opportunity to score some serious Instagram-worthy shots and we highly recommend entering.
The quality of racing is top tier, with the Group 1 Cambridge Stud Zabeel Classic and the Group 2 Hallmark Stud Eight Carat Classic as well as the Group 2 Shaw’s Wire Ropes Auckland Guineas heading up an exciting 10-race card.
For those with children in tow, under 15 year olds get FREE general admission and we have a bunch of FREE activities for them to enjoy in the Infield Family Zone (tickets coming soon!) too with the likes of a bouncy castle, swingball and other organised games and activities on offer throughout the day.
Remember too, if you’re a TAB account holder, head on over to the newly-renovated TAB Winning Post where you can hang out for the day (ticket restrictions may apply). All you need to do is check in with your TAB account details to gain entry and you’re golden.
