Rub shoulders with racing fans & enjoy sweeping views of the racecourse with both indoor & outdoor unreserved seating. An Ascot Stand ticket also gives you access into all general admission areas oncourse.

Part-reserved for the use of Auckland Thoroughbred Racing members, an Ascot Stand ticket provides its bearer access into the New Zealand Room (Level 5), Hunterville & Mitchelson Rooms (Level 2) of of the Ascot Stand.

The New Zealand Room will have food & beverage available for purchase as well as television screens broadcasting the day’s racing.

Please note that an Ascot Stand ticket does not provide the bearer with access into the TAB Winning Post (ground floor, Ascot Stand). That space is reserved for the exclusive use of TAB account holders who can enjoy free entry (subject to space) simply by checking in at the door with their TAB account details.

Under 15s get in free.

    • On-site parking is free and accessed through Derby Downs Place
    • All bars close shortly after the last race
    • Auckland Thoroughbred Racing encourages responsible drinking and intoxicated persons will not be granted entry to Ellerslie Racecourse

    • Tickets are non-refundable and prices include GST. A separate booking fee of $1.50 per ticket will also apply upon purchase
